Summary0009640: CTT settings need to be extended by embedded server settings and preconfigured *.uabinary file settings
Description

The properties of the embedded server, like the port to be used, certificate and private key shall be configurable in the CTT settings.
Also the CTT settings need a new type to load a path to a .uabinary file, to implement the ability to use preconfigured .uabinary files in PubSub tests for servers that don't support configuring PubSub communication via Client/Server connection.
