Summary0009673: What is considered as 'fatal error'?
Description

See 'https://reference.opcfoundation.org/Core/Part6/v105/docs/7.1.5' - 'Error handling':

  • When a fatal error occurs, the Server shall send an Error Message to the Client and closes the TransportConnection gracefully.

We asume, it is a fatal error if a client do not consider a 'shall':

  • Is this the right assumption?
