Change the beginning of the Test Case description from:

'Create a minimum of 5 active subscriptions where the 1st 4 subscriptions have a priority of 1, with the 5th set at 200. '

to

'Get the maximum number of supported Subscriptions
Create a minimum of 5 (or the max Subscription if less then 5) active subscriptions where all but the last subscriptions have a priority of 1, with the last is set at 200.'

and add line breaks for readability.
