Summary0009806: Relax requirements for results of VerifyAssetCmd.
Description

In Table 10, the following is written for VerificationStatus StatusCodes:
“The verification result shall be set to Mismatch…”

In Table 123, the following is written for VerificationStatus:
“If VerificationStatus is Bad, VerificationResult and VerificationVariablesErrors shall be ignored.”

Proposal:
Remove the complete shall phrases from Table 10. They are not needed, assuming that the results are ignored anyway.
