Summary	0009817: AddCertificate Method has backward compatibility issue if isTrustedCertificate=FALSE
Description	Older clients are expecting it to succeed. Add text: Servers that need to be compatible with clients built against older versions of the specification may return Good if isTrustedCertificate=FALSE, however, the new Issuer Certificate may not be usable in a trust check because of a missing CRL. The CRL needs to be uploaded with a separate update to the TrustList Object.

We have different of such options but we would not expect to mention them in the specification if they are not recommended and are only there to handle rare cases of non-compliant behaviour
