Summary | 0009817: AddCertificate Method has backward compatibility issue if isTrustedCertificate=FALSE
Description | Older clients are expecting it to succeed. Add text: Servers that need to be compatible with clients built against older versions of the specification may return Good if isTrustedCertificate=FALSE, however, the new Issuer Certificate may not be usable in a trust check because of a missing CRL. The CRL needs to be uploaded with a separate update to the TrustList Object.

We do not spec options to allow non-compliant fallbacks in product configuration. |
The previous behavior allows clients to create invalid trust lists so it does not make sense to allow it moving forward. |
Agreed to no change required in web meeting. |
