Description

Name must be changed to UserTokenSettings
DataType must be changed to String
The String must contain the names of the UserTokenSettings.

How can I configure two different user certificate trust lists for two different server endpoints with the current definition?
The assignment of UserTokenSetting to UserTokenPolicies would be magic and not defined.

Copied UserTokenPolicy into UserTokenSettings, and changed ServerEndpoints to reference UserTokenSettings by Names.
This now allows an arbitary number of duplicate TokenTypes per endpoint.
