Description

Figure 18 – The Certificate Push Management Workflow
The push sequence requires first to push the trust list and then the certificate.

This is also implied by text in 7.10.5 UpdateCertificate
Note that the validation process requires that the TrustList associated with the CertificateGroup already contain the Issuer Certificates and their CRLs or that the issuers support online CRL checks.

In this figure the update is first and then the trust list write.
This figure must be changed to do TrustList write first.
