Client modifies the RequestedPublishingInterval value to a much slower interval e.g. multiplied by 10."

Change Expected Result from:
"Verify that client honors the RevisedPublishingInterval."
to
"Verify that client honors the new PublishingInterval. This means the client provides suffient numbers of PublishRequest and in a necessary rate to keep the subscription alive. Also the client application doesn't timeout the subscription based on the old PublishingInterval."
