Description and Expected Result of Step 1 needs to be changed. Also introduce a new Test Requirement.

Change Description from:
"Client modifies the subscription by multiplying the RevisedLifetimeCount value by 5"
to
"Client modifies the subscription with a new RequestedLifetimeCount."

Add Test Requirement:
"Client allows to specify a LifetimeCount"

Change Expected Result from:
"The RequestedMaxKeepAliveCount is at least 3x smaller than the RequestedLifetimeCount."
to
"Verify that client honors the new parameter for the individual subscriptions. This means the client application doesn't timeout the subscription based on the old parameters."
