Summary0004874: Subscription Minimum 02.003.js fails randomly
Description

The test scipt fails randomly (~1 of 10, mainly on slow CPUs)

The reported error are like
Expected to receive the continued data-change information for the same subscription as Publish #1.
Expected <2488337028> but got <2488337029>.Expected Publish #2 to show MoreNotifications=FALSE.Expected Publish #3 to show MoreNotifications=TRUE.Expected to receive the continued data-change information for the same subscription as Publish #3.
Expected <2488337029> but got <2488337028>.

I do not completely understand the script, but our server implements the priority handling correctly.

discussed in call that we think 5% is a good, but also include a 10 Milli second minimum (-i.e. if 5% is less then 10 it is at least 10)

please check if this works (all parties should verify)

I'm currently using CTT v1.04.11-01.00.500
and I did not observe any random failures in these scripts, even if the server runs on a with very slow windows VM.
So I think this can be closed.
