Summary0008301: Alarm test case skipped when using derived types
Description

Note: using 1.04.500 - this version was not available in the Mantis dropdown

If a server provides an alarm node which is a type derived from one of the base types, this node cannot be tested as the A&C tests will skip the test.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Create a type that derives from OffNormalAlarmType
  2. Set up the OffNormalAlarmType Input Nodes to point to the input of this alarm
  3. Cycle the alarm while running A&C OffNormal / Test_001.js

Expected: that the test would show success, since my derived type IS A OffNormalAlarmType, so should be able to be used interchangeably
Actual: "No alarms discovered for OffNormalAlarmType"

Issue was resolved during the resolution of Mantis Issues 8970 and 8572, accepted into code base on August 4 2023

No longer able to reproduce with current code.
