Alarm Validation Tests for Discrete and Limit/Level Test_002 are dependent on InputNodes being configured.
These tests need to reworked to watch each alarm for InputNodes.

Rework Limit tests so it no longer depends on a preconfigured InputNode. It will add monitored items on the fly.
